2 Stuart men facing federal child porn charges
Stuart,Fla- Two men from Stuart are facing indictments from a federal grand injury for producing child pornography.
Joshua Rogers and Richard Lockley have been detained pending trial. They are considered a “danger to the community,”. Rogers is facing five counts of both producing and distributing the child pornography.
Lockley is facing one count of production of child porn. Rogers was arrested in St Lucie County in September after allegedly giving a 16-year-old runaway meth, marijuana and alcohol and recording their sexual activity. He was found at a local Dunkin Donuts with the victim.
Lockley was arrested in November after authorities identified him as the man seen in one of the videos produced by Rogers. If convicted, Rogers and Lockley face a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years and up to 30 years in prison, as well as a lifetime of supervised release and mandatory sex offender registration.
