Stuart Police are asking for your assistance in locating missing runaway Chelsea J. Mussnug.
Chelsea was last seen on February 11, 2017. She is 17 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, green eyes, and dyed red hair. Ms. Mussnug has friends in the area of Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Indiantown.
