Mark Chappelle Arrested
A South Florida man is jailed in Martin County this morning on numerous felony charges.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office says 28 year old Mark Chappelle of West Palm Beach was arrested Tuesday after coming to Martin County to sell heroin and cocaine.
Waiting detectives completed the purchase and took down Chappelle who also had a loaded pistol in his possession.
His bond is $270,000.
