The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public to locate Jack Guzik (72) of Vero Beach. Deputies responded to Guzik’s home in the 500 block of 32nd Court SW at the request of his son. According to his son, Guzik is in the early stages of dementia and has recently reported being lost in traffic. Guzik is possibly driving his black 2004 Chevy Tahoe bearing Florida tag K565GA. A silver alert has been issued and detectives continue to search for clues of his whereabouts.
Indian River County Sheriff Deryl Loar stated, “Please look at the photo of Mr. Guzik. He may be driving a black 2004 Chevy Tahoe.
