PSL: Help needed for injured dog!
This pitbull was brought into Animal Hospital of West Port St Lucie by good samaritans. ” She had what looked to be bullet holes in her head just crawling with maggots.” The staff said on the AH’s Facebook page.
Staff also reported she was quite possibly used as a bait dog. The wounds could very well be infected puncture wounds from dog fights.
She will be staying at the Animal Clinic to regain weight and strength.
She will be underwent surgery yesterday. The Animal Hospital is looking for donations towards her care.
It sounds like this lucky girl will be getting awesome treatment including our COLD LASER THERAPY to help heal her wounds.
