Martin County (Treasurecoast.com) THREE DOZEN SUSPECTS CAUGHT ON VIDEO PERFORMING EXPLICIT SEX ACTS IN PUBLIC NOW BANNED FROM ALL MARTIN COUNTY PARKS

More than 25-of those charged will no longer be welcome in any Martin County parks.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with the Parks Department, has issued trespass warnings to twenty-six individuals who were arrested in August, which means they will be arrested again if spotted at any public Martin County Park, for any reason. More than a dozen additional trespass warnings are expected to be issued in relation to the same set of arrests.

Operation Mangrove

Martin County Deputies set up hidden cameras at Joe’s River Park. This happened after receiving complaints that people were openly having sex in the park. They also received complaints of naked men running along the boardwalk. After deputies set up hidden cameras, 44-people were identified and then arrested for performing lewd sexual acts in public.

Deputies have received information that the public sexual activity has now moved to other Martin County Parks, which is the reason the blanket trespass warnings have now been issued. The hidden cameras will also be placed in public parks where reports of public sexual activity is taking place.
