Okeechobee Sheriff requests help to find truck
Deputies need your help finding a stolen company pickup truck and the men behind the theft.
The Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office said a 2006 white Ford F-350 pickup truck from K & K Pipeline Services was stolen Wednesday morning from the Best Western Hotel on Highway 441.
The pickup had tools, a chainsaw, and 100 gallons of diesel in the cab.
The Florida license plate is GABU57. Investigators believe surveillance video captured the thieves.
Three men pulled up in a dark-colored Ford Explorer at 2:30 a.m. They got out of the car at 2:58 a.m., and by 3:01 a.m., the pickup was gone.
