Okeechobee child porn suspect wanted by FBI.
The FBI needs help locating a man with Okeechobee ties wanted for engaging in child pornography.
The FBI says that Ranger Sylvan Lacy has engaged in child pornography and has traded nearly 40,000 sexually explicit images of child pornography. The evidence was found on Lacy’s computer. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Lacy. He is charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.
Lacy’s last sightings were believed to be in Kentucky around Morehead and Frenchburg.
The FBI said Lacy also owns property in Okeechobee.
He is 5’10’’, approximately 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact their local FBI office.
