MCSO warns residents of suspicious activities.

Martin County (Treasurecoast.com)-The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents to be careful after a suspicious incident earlier this week.

A woman told authorities that she and her child were approached by a man on foot. This happened in  the Willoughby Cay community off of Willoughby Boulevard. The man expressed an unusual interest in the woman’s two year old daughter. The mother was alarmed at the line of questioning, and concerned because the man’s zipper was down.

The man is described as a white male in his 70s. He was wearing a green and white shirt, gray shorts, blue shoes, a gold chain, and dark sunglasses. The Sherriff’s office added that while the man did not commit any crime, they ask that everyone report suspicious activity if and when you see it.
