MCSO ANIMAL SERVICES RESCUES TRAPPED BABY OTTER

MCSO Animal Services Officer Michele Thonney rescued a distressed baby otter. The baby was in a storm drain in Hobe Sound.

Bystanders could hear the baby otter crying for its mother. The mother was trying frantically to get to her youngster.

The mother and baby otter were safely re-united.
