Massive Manhunt in Martin County.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office conducted a massive manhunt yesterday afternoon after a suspect fled from a traffic stop and crashed his car into a tree.
The incident happened in Stuart on Bridge Road, just west of Kanner Highway.
A bloodhound was brought in to help in the search, while air and ground units established a perimeter. After searching for several hours, the search was called off.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office say they will have routine patrol units in the area today.
