A man is facing several felony criminal charges in connection with a police chase through Fort Pierce with his 6 year old daughter in the car.
The chase happened last month but the video is being released now.
Authorities said an officer saw the driver of a Hyundai driving down the road with its high beams on. As the officer tried to pull the driver over, but the car took off.
It was eventually found parked in front of a home on North 12th Street.
The suspected driver, 30 year old Antwan Ledravius Willis was found hiding inside his girlfriend’s apartment. Willis told police he ran because he had a suspended license and didn’t want to go back to jail.
Children and Families Services is investigating.
