Drugs, guns, and money seized by Port St. Lucie Drug Detectives during an early morning search warrant on SE Evergreen Terrace.
On September 14, 2016, Port St. Lucie Police Special Investigations Division arrested Evelio Martin Hernandez for trafficking MDMA, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of Cocaine, three counts of possession of a controlled substance (Xanax, Flakka, & meth), and possession of more than 20 grams of Marijuana.
Detectives also arrested Emily Ivett Feliciano for trafficking MDMA, two counts of possession of a controlled substance (Xanax & Flakka), and possession of more than 20 grams of Marijuana, and Jarvis Deshawn Carvel Mills for possession of Marijuana with intent to sell, possession of Marijuana under 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, after detectives executed a drug search warrant at their home on SE Evergreen Terrace.

The investigation into the illegal activities into Hernandez’s house began in July of 2016 when a separate narcotics investigation led detectives to the house on Evergreen Terrace.

Detectives continued with the investigation and in the process received a citizen complaint that drugs were being sold out of the house. Detectives obtained enough information to secure a search warrant for the house located in the 500 block of SE Evergreen Terrace.

On September 14, 2016 at 5:20 am, Detectives executed the search warrant at Hernandez’s home. During the search Detectives seized 2 loaded semi automatic handguns, 32 Alprazolam (Xanax), 1/2 oz. of MDMA, 40 grams of Marijuana, one gram of Flakka, methamphetamine, and $3,829 in cash.
