Crack a Book  Reading Program at the Port St. Lucie Library 

PORT ST. LUCIE – The Port St. Lucie Branch Library is offering a new monthly reading program for parents and children this fall. The Book Escape group meets on the first and third Saturday of the month at 10:30 a.m., starting Sept. 2.

Parents and students in grades 2nd through 6th are encouraged to join the library staff as they read aloud from selected books – a few chapters at a time.  The selected book for September and October is “Raymie Nightingale” by Kate DiCamillo.
