Community Alert: Mailbox at Palm City Post Office hit by thieves.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office would like to alert customers who use the Palm City Post Office located at the corner of Mapp Road and 714. There was a crime involving the facility’s outside mailbox. Detectives say the box was hit by mail thieves last week.
Please check to see if your mail was received if you dropped mail in the outside box between Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19. If you think the mail may have been stolen, please contact the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. The non-emergency number is. 220-7170. A deputy will be sent to your location to assist you with filing that report.
